Snug Architects have designed the building to merge seamlessly with its environment. The copper-coloured roof blends with the canopies of pines on Sandbanks Road, while the cream-coloured brick reflects the neighbouring buildings along the coastline.

Inside, the two and three bedroom apartments provide light, open-plan living areas and offer long-reaching views across Poole Harbour and the National Trust's Brownsea Island.

At reception, the Host will be on hand to deal with any queries you may have. Here you can also check for post in your personal mailbox, or catch up with neighbours on the comfortable furniture in the entrance hall.

Gardens

At the front of the building, ornamental plants surround a decorative lawn, while mature trees shelter the area. A footpath runs alongside the main building, leading the way to the waterside garden. This stone patio garden is planted with maritime foliage and, with its views across Poole Harbour, is the ideal place to enjoy a gin and tonic in the evening.

Canford Cliffs

For your weekly shop, two supermarkets are conveniently just two and a half miles away. There are also plenty of dining options in the area. Head to Poole for fresh, local seafood or celebrate a special occasion while taking in the views across the harbour from The Haven Hotel in Sandbanks.

Whether you're drawn to the numerous yacht clubs at Poole Harbour, the Parkstone Golf Course or the East Dorset Lawn Tennis Club, there are plenty of leisure opportunities and clubs to get involved with. The Lighthouse centre for the arts also hosts regular exhibitions, cinema screenings and theatre performances.

From the acres of woodland to the extensive sandy beaches, Evening Hill and the surrounding areas host an array of natural charms. The Luscombe Valley Nature Reserve is just a short stroll away and Flaghead Chine Beach, with its brightly coloured beach huts, is the place to go and enjoy a picnic on a summer's afternoon.
